Stainless steel adjustable metal sheet type steam trap
I. Introduction:
       When the CS17 stainless steel adjustable metal sheet type steam trap manufacturer's unit starts, air enters the steam trap, and the valve core is in the open position at low temperature. Immediately after, condensate water enters the steam trap. At low temperature, the bimetallic strip is in a flat state, and the valve core is fully open to quickly discharge the condensate. When hot condensate enters the steam trap, the bimetallic strip starts to bend and deform as the temperature rises, pulling the valve core upward to adjust the seat opening. Before the temperature reaches the saturation temperature, the valve core fully closes the valve. After the hot condensate accumulated in the valve cools down slowly, the temperature-sensitive bimetallic strip reduces its deformation, driving the valve core to open the valve and continue discharging condensate. Since hot condensate always exists in front of the valve, steam-water separation is formed, with no steam leakage.
II. Product Features:
1. The discharge temperature can be adjusted at will, the installation posture is free, and all internal parts are made of stainless steel.
2. It forms a water seal by utilizing high-temperature condensate, effectively reducing steam leakage.
3. Sensitive action, water hammer resistance, no noise, and excellent drainage performance.
4. Simple structure, easy maintenance, suitable for high-temperature steam pipelines.
III. Product Installation:
1. Before installation, check the valve cavity and sealing surface, etc., to ensure no dirt or sand particles adhere;
2. Tighten the bolts at all connection parts evenly;
3. Check that the packing part is properly compressed to ensure both the sealing of the packing and the flexible opening of the gate;
4. Before installing the valve, the user must verify the valve model, connection dimensions and medium flow direction to ensure consistency with the valve requirements;
5. When installing the valve, the user must reserve the necessary space for valve actuation;
6. The wiring of the actuation device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram;
7. The gate valve must be maintained regularly, and must not be collided or squeezed at will, so as not to affect the sealing performance.
